Apache shows on shutdown: /Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/bin/apachectl: line 70: ulimit: open files: cannot modify limit: Invalid argument It can be simply fixed by out comment line 69, 70 and 71 in /Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/bin/apachectl.
